Parents Guidelines
Parents and the school need to develop active partnership in nurturing the basic values of discipline, punctuality and regularity in the child. It is important for all the parents to read the guidelines given below.
The school will be kept open on all six days of a week except II Saturday.
All parents should check the Almanac & Whats App group on daily basis for school updates.
Parents must ensure that their wards join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term.
Please see that your ward revises lessons and submits the assignments and projects well in time.
Parents/guardians are requested to refer to the school almanac of their ward daily for important instructions given. Remarks made in the almanac by the teacher should be countersigned.
Please mention your child’s admission number, class and section clearly in each communication to school.
Please be sure to inform the school if there is any change in your address, designation or telephone number by submitting an application to the class teacher well in time.
Parents are expected to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings held time to time in school as dates are mentioned in the almanac.
Please ensure that your child does not bring any valuable articles to school. In case of loss of valuables, the school will not be held responsible for such losses.
Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their wards from the school.
Parents are requested not to collect their wards during school hours. In case of emergency, the parent should come in person, or an authorized person whose photograph is pasted in the almanac should come along with the application.
Parents must ensure that their wards have packed their school bags carefully for the day. No item in the form of lunchboxes/pencil boxes/books/activity material/musical instrument etc. will be allowed in the school after the school begins. In dire circumstances, these things may be received that too after the proper identification of the sender is ensured.
Parents are requested not to send their ward to school when he/she is suffering from/ having symptoms of any infectious disease.
Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours of the school.
Parents are requested not to enter the classroom directly to see their ward.
Our school is a poly bag free zone. Parents should not send any article to school in a poly bag.
